This picture is of the Aurora Borealis, The Zenith "tie" point

!

Shot above a local field in Festvåg in Bodø, Norway

A Zenith, the "fancy name" or a corona as somebody call it because of the look and apperance ! Which is awesome, This was seen in February the 14th-2011

This is the first Aurora Zenith that i`ve seen, i`ve seen them 4 times one right above my house at home ! One at Mjelle, and two at Festvåg

The other picture at Festvåg is my personal best !

Well i got a lot of awesome shots from this night ! We where out for 4 hours in the cold ! -20*C with a hard wind upon us too ! But that`s a part of the game

We drove from location to another location ! Allways trying out new tricks and settings to shoot a awesome picture ! And my and my firend Gaute have succeeded a lot of times ! Offcourse we have bin driving out seeing nothing, 2 / 20 times possibly

So we have bin very lucky !
We live above the polar circle and we have resources for chasing this phenomen !
Well it was a great night with winter ! I still have 4 picture`s not submitted which i have selected for dA
