i found the drift problem SH60

The problem is that the swashplate isn`t in level... so the lower blades are tilted a bit aft. So the blades are in a neutral position to give a thrust aft. which explains why it is hard to gain speed forward. And that any change in throttle settings makes the helicopter to flare and speed is decreased fast !

So i only need to loosen 4 screw`s and lower the center hub, which will change the lower blades tilt direction and relative angle.

The red lines show the angle that needs correction !
